Cindy was the most beautiful this evening. She should have won International and if Universe was given to her I would cheer as well. But Ara was a good winner. Watched the pageant while having drinks with a close friend whose a top ranking officer of the Presidential Security Group. Cindy and Imelda Schweighart were his faves. He was even texting PNP Chief Purisima not to appear too stiff during the Q & A. hehehe
