JCEE'S INTERVIEW WITH MISS EARTH BVI 2026

[Jcee]

Miss Earth 2026 is fast approaching, so let's get to know the candidates for this year's pageant.

Here is my interview with the reigning Miss Earth British Virgin Islands

(Note: I made this interview last August)

Jcee: Who is Kimberly before Miss Earth British Virgin Islands 2026?

Kimberly: Kimberly before Miss Earth British Virgin Islands 2026 is the same person I am today. I am a person who takes anything I am a part of very seriously. I was a member of the Interact Club of Road Town, where I have completed over 100 hours of community service and it is my intention to join the Rotaract Club so that I can continue to be a productive citizen. My hobbies include, traveling, dancing, listening to music and I have a never ending love for children. I aspire to be a Social Worker so that I may help to find solutions to social ills in my community. As the first ever Miss Earth British Virgin Islands, my aim is to be very active in the community in bringing environmental awareness and education to the people of the BVI. It is very important that persons consider their impact on the world as it relates to pollution because it is becoming a major issue.

Jcee: If you were a flower, what kind of flower are you and why?

Kimberly: If I we're a flower, I would enjoy the pleasure of being a Yellow Hibiscus. Simply because Hibiscus ' are very popular and loved flowers. I say a yellow one because yellow Hibiscus' can be rare and hard to find and I think these characteristics suite my personality.

Jcee: What are your preparations for the upcoming Miss Earth 2026?

Kimberly: Right now my preparations for Miss Earth include staying informed on environmental issues that occur especially in the BVI and also mentally and physically preparing myself for that day.

Jcee: Can you tell us about your environmental advocacy?

Kimberly: My environmental advocacy thus far would have to include all my community service work and all the work we have done partnering with the Department of Conservation and Fisheries. Also my being Miss Earth BVI, has influenced my friends and family to be productive members of society and to be more aware of their littering and to clean up their surroundings.

Jcee: In Miss Earth there is a No Makeup Round. How confident are you that you can ace this round?

Kimberly: It is said that beauty comes from within, this is indeed true. I do not believe that make up should define a person and it definitely does not define me. On a normal day I wear no makeup, so I am indeed confident in myself to ace the no makeup round. Natural beauty is indeed the best beauty there is!

Jcee: Technology makes life very convenient but it is also being blamed for certain environmental problems. How do you propose to find a balance between technology and Earth preservation?

Kimberly: Everyone knows that too much of a good thing can be a bad thing... Technology has been very instrumental in making life convenient for us, but is indeed responsible for some environmental problems. I propose that the use of technology should be used in moderation, and we should avoid using it unless it is necessary.

Jcee: Lastly, What is your message to all your fans in Sash Factor??

Kimberly: My message to all Miss Earth supporters would be to always be conscious of how we go about living and of how much waste we create, and try to minimize that amount of waste so that we have a clean and safe environment to live in for generations to come.

Thank You Miss Earth British Virgin Islands Organization.

Good Luck Kimberly

Jcee
